Ingredients

  • 1 lb / 450 g Asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F / 200°C.
  2. Snap or cut off the hard ends. Toss the spears with the oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
  3. Roast about 15 minutes, until the stalks are tender and the tips are lightly golden. Thicker spears may need a few more minutes.
